Before you apply, check the qualifications in the first column below. If you meet the qualifications, check column two to find what you will need for the application process. A reference form and the medical forms will be available with the application. Once you submit your application, the third column explains the application process. 

  • At least 21 Years of Age
  • High School Graduate
  • Single or Married with no dependents
  • Currently residing in the USA
  • Application Form with written responses
  • Resume and Transcripts (unofficial are accepted)
  • Three References
  • Medical Forms
  • Application review by MVC staff
  • Video interview
  • Notification of final decision
  • Service site placement
