Application Materials

Application Deadlines

Mercy Volunteer Corps accepts applications on a rolling basis, with priority given to applications received by January 22.

The final deadline for international and short-term summer placement is March 22. The preferred deadline for U.S. placement is March 22. The final deadline for U.S. placement is June 22. Submit your application early for priority in selecting your service site and city!

Start Dates

U.S. Placements: The one-year, full-time commitment begins August 6, 2024.

International Placements: Volunteers serving in Guyana also attend cross-cultural training held online in late July.

Short-Term Summer Placements: Volunteers serving at Mercy Ecospirituality Center and Adelante ARISE will begin late May/early June, 2024.

U.S. Placements: Please email your medical forms following acceptance to Marie Schultz-Stebel at MarieSchultz@mercyvolunteers.org.

International Placements: Please email your medical forms at the time that you submit your application to Mercy Volunteer Corps. Email your forms to Keri Gardner KeriGardner@MercyVolunteers.org.

Short-Term Summer Placements: Please email your medical forms following acceptance to Marie Schultz-Stebel at MarieSchultz@mercyvolunteers.org.
